Child Safety Standards

These standards set out how Makesbridge Technology, Inc. ("Makesbridge," "we," "our," "us") prevents and responds to child sexual abuse and exploitation on Society Media, including the Society Media website and mobile app (the "Service"). They form part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Zero tolerance

Makesbridge maintains a policy of zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE"), including child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"). No person may use the Service to create, upload, store, send, share, request or link to CSAM, or to groom, solicit, sexualize, exploit or endanger any person under 18.

2. Enforcement

• Content that violates these standards is removed.
• Every account involved in CSAE is terminated immediately and may not be reinstated.
• We preserve information relevant to a report as the law requires.

3. Reporting to authorities

Makesbridge reports apparent CSAM and suspected child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children ("NCMEC") through its CyberTipline, and to law enforcement and other relevant authorities, as the law requires. We cooperate with lawful requests from those authorities.

4. How to report a concern

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. You may also report directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org.

5. Review of reports

We review child safety reports promptly and give them priority over other reports. We may restrict content or accounts while a report is under review.

6. Age requirement

The Service is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to hold an account. If we learn that an account belongs to a person under 18, we close it.
